The Southdown Club is a friendly sports club nestled at the foot of the Priory ruins in Lewes, East Sussex.  

What We Offer?

The Club  has 16 tennis courts including 2 new indoor acrylic corts, 4 squash courts with a viewing balcony, two new netball courts  and a flood-lit astro/hockey pitch. We cater for all levels from beginners to competition in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere so there is something for everybody. Club  evenings and afternoons are organised for tennis and squash. 


The Southdown Club is the home of Lewes Hockey Club which runs 6 Mens teams, 5 Ladies teams and a thriving junior section.

Clubhouse


The Clubhouse has a fully stocked bar which is open seven days a week and extensive changing room facilities.
