"Unfortunately this particular road is an unadopted highway and is not
maintained by East Sussex County Council. I can suggest you try
contacting Lewes District Council on 01273 471600 they may be able to
assist further. If they are unable to take any further action it is down
to the land owner to repair the road. You can acetate details from Land
Registry on 02392 768 888."
