Tennis Coaching
WM Tennis - be the best you can be - Our aim is to provide the opportunity for all players to become the best player they can be. You will find us at Southdown Sports Club in Lewes, East Sussex where we pride ourselves on our professional approach to the game. We are an LTA mini tennis accredited club and run regular coaching and competition for juniors and adults.
All tennis coaches who coach for WM Tennis hold a current Tennis Qualification from either the LTA or PTR. Each coach is committed to their personal development and attend regular coach education courses to keep up to date. Each Coach holds a current CRB check and is fully insured.
We offer a variety of exciting opportunities to play tennis for both juniors and adults regardless of tennis playing experience. From complete beginners to club team standard and beyond we provide challenging and fun activities for everyone.

Junior Programme Overview
No child is the same, therefore our programme caters for the individual through matching their experience and desire to learn with the appropriate amount of training required to fulfil their potential. During the three school terms of the year we run group coaching for all ages and abilities in the evenings and at weekends. During the holiday periods we run tennis camps for all ages.
Our group coaching sessions from 3 to 18 years follow the Long Term Player Development (LTPD) guidelines meaning that every session is appropriate to the specific age group. We commit to providing excellent coaching through the use of the correct equipment and court sizes as set out by the LTA.
We also run mini tennis competitions and internal competitions throughout the year
Adult Programme Overview
We welcome all levels of player to the club and provide coaching for adult beginners, improvers, regular players and club team standard. Our coaching for adults takes place during the weekday evenings and sometimes at weekends. We also run fun competitions for adults throughout the year.
