If you would like an opportunity to play competitive tennis at the club in a friendly atmoshphere while getting to know other members, the Club Divisions are an excellent option. You will be able to compete against other members of a similar standard.

Southdown is host to some of the major tournaments in Sussex, in the summer we hold the Sussex Junior Championships where the top juniors compete. We occasionally hold other competitive events such as american or open tournaments.

The Championships is the main club event of the year and is always popular. Finals Day offers a chance to see all the Club's best players perform. Entry forms are available from early March either at reception, or can be ordered via e-mail at sec@southdownclub.org.uk

We have a number of teams in the Sussex County Leagues for men, ladies, juniors and 'vets'. Our teams span several league divisions, providing play for a range of standards. Members have an opportunity to play competitive tennis against other clubs in a friendly, sociable atmosphere.
