Want to get fit or improve your flexibility? We have a range of fitness classes to suit everyone, all provided by the brilliant instructors based at the club.

All indoor sessions take place in our studio room.

I trained in Pilates in 1997 with Michael King, the founder of the Pilates Institute.
I am passionate about the efficacy of Pilates as a tool for the full spectrum of applications: from rehabilitation to athletic performance.

Outdoor fitness

Set yourself up with an invigorating outdoor fitness class. Fun, friendship and fitness is guaranteed.

Classes take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.15am till 10am during school term time.

Outdoor Fitness Sessions

My goal is to give you the sense of fulfilment that results from regular and effective exercise. People who attend my classes tell me I’m calm and professional, approachable, ‘not shouty’ and make sessions fun.

Lotte Berk

Often described as a cross between ballet, yoga and Pilates, LotteBerk is the original Barre class that strengthens, tones, builds stamina and helps with flexibility.
