Pilates is a great way to improve your core strength, helping your fitness and your general wellbeing.
I love teaching Pilates and enjoy working with all ages and abilities. I have lots of experience with helping my clients through injury rehabilitation and working with pre and post natal ladies. As well as being a Mat Pilates Instructor I am also a Pilates Teacher Trainer, Reformer and Barre Instructor, Sports and Holistic Therapist.
I provide a number of traditional Mat Pilates classes here at the Southdown Centre. These sessions are booked directly with me. If you would like to join a class please email info@synergise-u.com
Bespoke sessions can be tailored for individuals needs whether focusing on rehabilitation or a more athletic workout.

Classes take place on Monday and Friday from 9.15am till 10am during school term time.

My goal is to give you the sense of fulfilment that results from regular and effective exercise. People who attend my classes tell me I’m calm and professional, approachable, ‘not shouty’ and make sessions fun.
Often described as a cross between ballet, yoga and Pilates, Lotte Berk is the original Barre class that strengthens, tones, builds stamina and helps with flexibility. Classes are on Monday and Thursday mornings.
