Our gym may be compact but it offers everything required to improve your health and wellbeing. Our aim is to offer a safe space, whilst encouraging people of all ages and abilities to come and exercise.

Our suite contains a range of cardiovascular and resistance machinery including treadmills, bikes and a cross trainer. Our friendly site ensures that the gym setting is not intimidating and welcomes all comers, whether returning to exercise, a regular gym goer or stepping through the gym door for the first time.

The health, wellbeing and safety of all our members is our number one priority. It is an excellent space to use if rehabilitating from injury.

We are passionate about offering a range of activities that suit your needs and are fortunate enough to have highly qualified and experienced health professionals delivering their services from our site.

I love teaching Pilates and enjoy working with all ages and abilities. I have lots of experience with helping my clients through injury rehabilitation and working with pre and post natal ladies. As well as being a Mat Pilates Instructor I am also a Pilates Teacher Trainer, Reformer and Barre Instructor, Sports and Holistic Therapist.

I have been teaching Pilates in Lewes for over six years working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, to help them transform their physical and mental wellbeing.
Pilates is a low-impact, low-intensity exercise that can make you stronger, more flexible and improve your posture and balance. It is proven to reduce back pain and enhance your exercise performance, so it’s no surprise that Andy Murray uses it in his training routines!
However, you certainly don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from pilates, and my focus is on helping people build core strength and improve quality of movement to recover from injury, live pain-free or reach their personal fitness goals.
I teach group classes and private 1-2-1 sessions at Southdown Sports Club every week. I also have a class for Over-60’s.
