"Stretch for less stress" yoga classes for beginners with mindful movement, breath awareness and gentle relaxation. The classes are fun, friendly and very gentle.
Karen Dodd has been practising yoga for over 20 years and is now a trainee teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.
The classes run as a 10 week course costing £50 per course (£5 per lesson) or £7 for drop in sessions. First class is free!
Classes Times: Wednesday 8-9.30pm and Friday 9.30-11am.
