Squash Camps

Camp 1 : 12/13/14 August 9.30 – 2.30pm

Camp 2 : 19/20/21 August 9.30 – 2.30pm

Venue  – Southdown Sports Club, Lewes

Cost per camp – £97.50  members or £112.50 non-members. Single days available at £35 per day members or £40 non-members (subject to availability)  The daily rate has been held for another year and for members works out at £6.50/hour – cheaper than a childminder!

Want to get your game ready for the next season? An intensive camp is one of the best ways of achieving this!

The camps are suitable for beginners and improvers and will have sufficient coaches present to enable individual attention. Numbers will be limited to ensure quality of delivery. Camps work well either individually or if doing both as content will differ.  We will cover technique including both attacking and defensive play and help prepare participants for competitive/tournament play.  As always, everyone goes away with a little goodie bag at the end!

Please remember to bring along a packed lunch, snacks and drinks! Alternatively there are catering facilities at the club.
